Walton worked briefly for the Recording Academy (populalry known as The Grammy's). She talks about how the Academy is structured, criteria required for membership and how Grammy nominations are decided. She shares her experiences growing up an Army brat(in the same town as J.cole), attending a HBCU, sorority life, travel experiences and why Black history month is important.
